Penn Pond is a local chapter of the Honorable Order of the Blue Goose, International — a fraternal organization for people who work in the insurance industry.
Who We Are
Our members come from every corner of the insurance world. We meet socially, not as an industry group, brought together by shared career experience and a genuine interest in one another.
The Language of the Flock
Officers carry traditional titles such as Wielder of the Goose Quill, Guardian of the Pond, and Keeper of the Golden Goose Egg — and new members are welcomed through a time-honored initiation ceremony.

The Grand Nest Convention
Every summer, a host Pond welcomes Ganders and their families to the annual convention, with activities for members, spouses, and children.
